Becoming Biblically Based Challenge
A 6 Week Devotional Challenge
Our mission at BBC is to be and make authentic followers of Jesus Christ by living lives that are relational, missional, and transformational. We have identified seven core values that we believe should be foundational focuses for the church. One of these core values is being Biblically Based.
What does it mean to be Biblically Based?
We believe Scripture should be the foundation for our lives as believers. This plays out through Bible-based teaching during our services; however, it is also important that, as believers, we study the Word individually and apply it to our lives daily.
What will this look like?
You will receive three emails each week:
- Read the Word - You will receive a passage of scripture to read each week that is specifically focused helping you grow as a believer. Plan to read this passage at least four times throughout the week.
- Memorize/Meditate on the Word - You will receive a verse to memorize and meditate on each week. Plan to work on memorizing this verse as well as digging deeply into what it means.
- Apply the Word - You will receive a life application challenge each week. Plan to prayerfully embark on each challenge, remembering that because of God's grace our efforts, even though imperfect, bring glory to God.
Your first email will come in the next day or two after signing up. You'll then receive BBB emails every two to three days after.
