Church Center has so many useful tools for our church to stay connected, but we understand sometimes it can be tricky to know how to use it and where to find certain information. So, going forward, we want to share with you a bite-sized tip of the week to teach you how to get the most out of Church Center. Of course, if you ever have questions, just contact the office, we're happy to help!

If you ever want to view a News Page from the past, you'll find some handy links and information at the bottom of our news page including ways to contact us, a link to be added to our email list and a button to View Past News Pages. This button opens up a page where you can view PDF's of news pages from the past. Happy reading!

By signing in to church center, you have access to your Profile Page. This page allows you to view and manage things like your volunteer schedule, registrations, and giving in one place. To access this page, from any page in Church Center, select the profile icon in the top right (login if prompted). On this page you'll also be able to update your profile information, update what people see on your directory profile, view your LifeGroups, and change settings in the app itself like push notifications. This is a a simple but mighty page for managing your behind-the-scenes involvement at BBC.

Want to take notes during the sermon right in the Church Center app? It’s easy! Scan the QR code in the bulletin or open the Church Center app and tap the More tab. Select Sermons and find the message you’re listening to. Tap Take Notes to jot down key points, Scripture references, and personal reflections. The best part? Not only will your notes will be saved for future reference, but you also have the option to email them to yourself or export them to your notes app so you can revisit them anytime! 

Need to get in touch with someone from church? Our Church Directory makes it easy! You can find it under the "More" tab or right on the Home page in the Church Center app. From here, you will either see the directory with the option to opt in and include your own information, OR you will see a page that says "You don't have access to the directory." If you would like access to the church directory and add your own information, fill out this form.

One of the ways we stay connected at BBC is through our Next Gen ministries along with our men’s, ladies, and senior ministries. In the cases when you may need to access their ministry page online, look no further than the ministry tab on Church Center where you’ll find buttons linked to all of their ministry pages. You can also visit the LifeGroup page to view active lifegroups and take a next step by signing up for Discover, Baptism or our Membership class. As always, if you can’t find the page or info you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to contact the office!

Did you know you can customize your app notifications? Open the app, tap your profile photo, and select "Hello, [Your Name]! My profile and settings." Then click "Notifications." Choose which notifications you’d like to get. Giving offering email receipts, volunteer reminders and requests and LifeGroup notifications can all be adjusted to your preferences.

Registered for an event? Find all your signups in one spot! Go to the My Registrations page in Church Center to view event details, payment info, and more. Perfect for double-checking those retreat dates, class times, due payments, or forms that may need submitted for pre-teen and teen events. Sign in to church center, open your profile page in the top right corner, and click on "My Registrations" at the bottom.

Church Center is a great place to find all kinds of information, but sometimes we send out emails to our congregation about urgent prayer requests, inclement weather notices that effect our ministry, and other pertinent information we feel is relevant to be sent directly to your inbox. Sign up for our e-newsletter at the bottom of our "News" page by clicking "Sign Up for BBC E-Newsletters."

One of the first steps after your decision to follow Jesus is to publicly declare your salvation through Baptism and to join a church family. If you're interested in taking either of these steps. Click the "ministries" tab and there you'll find forms that can be filled out by anyone who would like to be baptized or apply for membership. If you ever have questions about these processes, contact one of our pastors.

Looking to connect with others? Use the "Ministries" tab in Church Center and click the LifeGroups banner at the top to explore our existing LifeGroups. Some groups have been gathering for years, and others grow and may launch into multiple groups. Our desire is to see 75% of our members actively involved in a LifeGroup.
